I am a Prescribing Support Pharmacist working with the Medicines Strategy and Optimisation Team at NHS Cheshire CCG with a clinical background working in both hospital and outreach pharmacy. My current roles involve medicines formulary management, prescribing decision support management (currently OptimiseRx), medicines management prescribing workplan development, engagement, implementation, support and management. I am also currently supporting with the COVID-19 vaccination programme conducting pharmaceutical assurance site visits and mutual aid liaison.
